To be able to participate in the event and matchmaking sessions organised jointly by UNIDO ITPO Germany and ARE, supported by OFF-GRID Expo + Conference on the B2Match portal, you must provide personal data to create a business profile. Matchmaking sessions are one-on-one breakout sessions between participants who have created a profile and have scheduled a matchmaking session as part of the conference, based on their profile.
Your data will be processed by the partners mentioned above solely for the purpose of organisation and facilitation of this B2B matchmaking event.
The organisers and partners will manage your data in compliance with European GDPR. The information you are asked to complete is necessary to organise the event you will be attending, to confirm your registration by e-mail, to create your profile with which you can be chosen and chose to engage in matchmaking sessions with other participants, and to allow you to modify your registration. Without a registered profile, it is not possible to participate to the matchmaking sessions. By registering your profile, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose described herein. Your published profile on the b2match platform can only be seen by other participants who have been invited to the event and have accepted to publish their profile as well.
Your data will also be processed by the organisers and partners upon its legitimate interest: to conduct a post-evaluation after the event by e-mail and to obtain general analytics about the B2B matchmaking sessions.
